Welcome to Refresher season 2027, This years course is an a la carte offering of AHA card courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ASLS), Hybrid PHTLS and a high energy finish of SSH accredited high fidelity simulation and skills practice. Paramedic 60,   Airway 6, Cardiology 7, Trauma 5, Medical 8, Operations 4, Local area topics, 15, Individual 15

AEMT 50,  Airway 5, Cardiology 6, Trauma 4, Medical 7, Operations 3, Local area topics, 12.5, Individual 12.5

EMT 40,  Airway 4, Cardiology 5, Trauma 3, Medical 6, Operations 2, Local area topics, 10, Individual 10     

EMR 40,  Airway 1.5, Cardiology 2, Trauma 1, Medical 2.5, Operations 1, Local area topics, 4, Individual 4

To complete the required hours, you must have the following certification course completion cards obtained within this recertification cycle.  If your cards will expire prior to your recertification date, please attend the sessions below to obtain them. 

Paramedic: BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, ASLS

AEMT: BLS, ACLS, PHTLS, ASLS

EMT:  BLS, PHTLS

EMR: BLS

All levels must attend the simulation days for the individual and local hours. 

I understand that Best Practice Medicine, LLC as a requirement of CAPCE accreditation will submit a record of my course completions to the CAPCE AMS. I further understand that my course completion records may be accessed by or shared with such regulators as state EMS offices, training officers, and NREMT on a password-protected need-to-know basis.  In addition, I understand that I may review my record of CAPCE accredited course completions by contacting CAPCE
