The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Basic course is the foundational stepping stone into the world of emergency medical services (EMS). It’s fast-paced, intense, and incredibly rewarding—designed to take you from zero medical knowledge to being capable of saving lives in high-stress environments in our streamlined 10-week program.
By combining classroom theory with rapid practical application, this course delivers everything you need to confidently transition into the field of emergency medicine.
Our program is engineered to respect your time while maximizing your hands-on experience. Over the course of 10 weeks, your training is split into three core phases:
In-Person Lectures: Interactive classroom sessions where you will learn the core medical theory, anatomy, physiology, and legal concepts behind emergency care.
4 Dedicated Skills Days: Intensive, full-day practical labs. This is where you get your hands on the equipment, practice patient assessments, and build the muscle memory required to perform under pressure.
2 Live Clinical Shifts: Real-world, hands-on experience. You will complete two full shifts on an active ambulance or in a high-volume hospital Emergency Department, treating real patients alongside working professionals.
EMT Course tuition includes a T-shirt and BLS CPR Course, textbook, and online content. You can select to pay in full or set up a payment plan.
