Using the lastest science released by the American Heart Association in 2025 this course is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiac arrest, stroke, or other cardiopulmonary emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, critical care/intensive care, and surgery such as Physicians, Nurses, and Paramedics, as well as others who need an ACLS course completion card for a job or other requirement.

We offer 2 tracks to obtain your ACLS provider card.

1. ACLS 2025 Initial or Renewal course, this consists of a pre-course video and self assessment exam that must be completed prior to arriving at class. Click here for the online portion. Once in the classroom we will examine some core concepts around ACLS, practice skills and megacodes and finish up with our high fidelity simulation megacode testing and an in class online written exam. Total classroom time is 16 hours for the initial course and approximately 5 hours for a renewal course. These classes require a minimum of 3 learners and are available on request.

2. HEARTCODE ACLS 2025, this course allows you to complete the didactic portion online along with pre and post written exam. Click here for the HEARTCODE online course. Once in the classroom you will have the oportunity to practice skills and megacodes and then complete the course with a high fidelity simulation megacode test scenario. Total Classroom time approximately 2 hours.

With nearly three decades of service in fire, EMS, and tactical operations, Alan brings deep expertise and unwavering dedication to public safety. Originally from Carson City, Nevada, Alan began his career in emergency services in 1996, serving with Central Lyon County Fire, REMSA, and the Carson City Fire Department.

In addition to his civilian service, Alan proudly served as a Flight Medic with the Nevada National Guard for 15 years, providing critical care in challenging environments. His commitment to protecting and serving his community also extended to law enforcement, where he operated as a SWAT Operator/Medic and reserve deputy with the Carson City Sheriff’s Office.

Alan's extensive field experience, leadership under pressure, and passion for service have made him a respected figure in the fire, EMS, and tactical medical communities
